All Comfort Keepers pass extensive background checks and complete continuing education. They are bonded, insured and covered by workers' compensation insurance to protect our clients and their families.

Mary Blake

Human Resources

Mary has 20+ years of diverse human resources and management experience that spans start-ups and established organizations. She has previous experience and currently works at Comfort Keepers leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, HR workflow development, training and development.  Mary earned a Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Humanities from Indiana University and is working towards a Master’s degree.  Mary is a certified Professional Development trainer in the State of Texas.
